GAME: DMC Devil May Cry

BIO: Dante the demon killer had a rather awful past. He was what they called a member of the Nephilm, born from the warring sides of Angels and Demons thanks to Sparda and Eva. In rage, top Demon Mundus slayed Eva and imprisioned Sparda, trying to exterminate Dante at every turn owing to a dictatorship world he and his Demons controlled. Dante, however, escaped and turned to a life of drink, drugs and dirty women until his unknown brother, Vergil, helped him on his quest to save humanity. Upon succession, however, Vergil attempted to backstab Dante and rule the "weak" humanity himself. Enraged, Dante set about honing his skills to stop his madman of a brother and stopping Regime-Superman from doing what Mundus did before seemed to be a good way to start. After all, he killed a head Demon. What trouble would a god-wannabe cause?

THEME: "Never Surrender" by Chombichrist

APPPERANCES:

Normal "Demon-Slayer": Normal outfit consistion of a grey vest, black trousers and a large grey/red long sleaved trench coat with fingerless gloves and combat boots. Hair is short and black. P2 colour is blue.

Alternate "Outdated" with red trench coat, no shirt, leather belts around his waist and chest and otherwise same attire. Also of note is white "hair" (actually a mop wig) that falls off when the first health bar is lost.

BATTLE STYLE: Professional, style-orientated approach. Uses the "Rebellion" sword that can shift into a battle axe (Arbiter), a sycthe (Osiris), gauntlets (Eryx) or cyclone blades (Aquila). Dante also uses his dual "Ebony and Ivory" pistols as well as the Revenant shotgun and Kablooey dart launcher.

BATTLE INTRO: A portal to Limbo City opens up and Dante backflips through it. He then spins around with the Rebellion and shows the typical "Bring it!" gesture.

WAR CRY: "Bring it!"

THROWS: Forward; grabs the opponent with the Ophion Demon Whip and uppercuts them away.
Backward; uses the Angel Whip and pulls himself towards the opponent, kicking them away upon arrival.

SPECIAL MOVES:
STAGE PROP: Dante hoists the Osiris into the air and spins it around by it's handle, juggeling the opponent into the air. Meter burn makes Dante spin twice, damaging them again and drawing them in for another combo.

STRAIGHT FLUSH: Dante hoists the Arbiter and slams it forward, sending a projection of the axe head flying towards the opponent. Meter Burn adds another axe head after the first.

KABOOM-EY: Dante fires the Kablooey at the opponent, sticking a dart resulting in a large explosion. Meter Burn adds a 3 round burst and manual detonation with Ebony, causing more damage.

NEROSHOT: Dante fires the Ricoshot from Ebony and Ivory, mimicing Nero's stance. Meter Burn adds the chance for that shot to bounce off the opponent three times.

FIREWORKED: Dante fires the Revenent in a circle around his waist, attacking the opponent any angle with the shot being stronger the closer the opponent is. Meter Burn turns the shots into Revenant Bombs, exploding on contact.

SUPERMOVE: Devil's Dance; Dante activates his Devil Trigger next to the enemy. If it connects, the other fighter is thrown into the air while everything becomes white and red. Dante then jumps up and slashes at the enemy with every weapon, starting with the Rebellion and then the Osiris, Eryx (bouncing them off the floor), Aquila to reel them back in and then finally the Arbiter to smash them to the floor. He then flips over them as the Devil Trigger ends, blasting them repeatedly with Ebony and Ivory, finishing the combo with a shot from the Revenant.

ROUND WIN: Does a reverse Cleaver with the Osiris and taunts "You should be running scared, kid!"

OUTRO: Dante takes a sip of Virility, spits the drink on his opponent and loudly notes "Pathetic!" before the background shifts to Limbo City while Dante poses and looks really smug.

ENDING: Dante found himself bored slaughtering Superman. As he was not a demon he posed no threat to Dante and was killed almost instantly. Annoyed and disgusted by this lack of skill from a Meta-Human, Dante decided to fight not only every member of the Regime and Insurgency, but also every member of the original universe, completly by himself. Once again, Dante emerged victorious, now stronger than ever before and claimed to be the new ruler of the Injustice universe out of pure fear. However, before Dante resumed his protection of all of humanity, he decided it wise to pay a little visit to Vergil and remind him that, in Mundus' words, you don't fuck with a god.
